Agreement
These terms govern use of the Hamid storefront — browsing rentals, requesting quotes, and placing bookings. By submitting an order or creating an account, you agree to them. If you book on behalf of a company or group, you confirm you can bind that group.
Bookings and payments
A reservation is confirmed when we accept your order and you receive a confirmation. Deposits, balances, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and in our booking policies. Failed or reversed payments may cancel the reservation.
Delivery, setup, and use
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible setup area and following the capacity and safety instructions we give on site. We may pause or stop a rental if conditions are unsafe. Damage beyond normal wear from misuse or negligence may be charged to the renter.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellation windows, rain checks, and weather rescheduling are described on our booking policies page. Those policies are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the storefront or the equipment: no unauthorized access, fake bookings, or using rentals in a way that breaks the law or our posted rules. We may refuse or cancel an order to protect our team, other customers, or the public.
Liability
Rentals are provided as described in your confirmation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hamid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
