Payment in full is due at checkout to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email with your order number.

Weather & rescheduling
Safety comes first. Per Nevada AB 198, we stop operation when sustained winds reach 15 mph or during storms. If we must cancel or cut a rental short for weather, we reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund of your deposit — your choice.
Cancellations
Cancel 72+ hours before your event for a 100% refund of the deposit.
Setup requirements
Please provide a flat setup area sized for your unit (most need ~18 × 18 ft), a clear 3 ft access path, and a power outlet within 100 ft — or add a generator to your order. Clear the area of pet mess, debris, and sharp objects before we arrive. We anchor on grass with stakes and on hard surfaces with weighted ballast.
Safety, supervision & damage
An adult supervisor 18+ must be present at all times while the unit is in use. Follow posted capacity and age limits — no flips, wrestling, or shoes inside the inflatable. Damage beyond normal wear from misuse or negligence may be charged to the renter. Our crew provides a safe-use briefing at setup.
